NYC’S Most Instagrammable Places

Share

If you look up the hashtag #Latinaexplorernyc you’ll find endless Instagram posts from all my favorite places in New York. Narrowing my travel locations through hashtags has allowed many of you to find location inspiration easy! Living in the city has changed my life forever. I decided to narrow down my ultimate favorite picturesque locations since I’ve moved.

I Look out the window and I see the lights and the skyline and the people on the street rushing around looking for action, love, and the worlds greatesr chocolate chip cookie, and my heart does a little dance.

Nora Ephron, Heartburn

1. Times Square

Address: Manhattan, NY 10036

The only place in New York that can keep its charm even through all the hustle and bustle of tourist, vendors, characters, and residence.

2. Brooklyn bridge

Address: Brooklyn Bridge, New York, NY 10038

There’s are so many ways to capture the Brooklyn bridge. My favorite was the view of the bridge from Shake Shack. It is Iconic! Shake Shack Brooklyn has a bench outside, once you angle your camera just right, you can get the perfect view of the Brooklyn bridge in your shot.

3. Oculus

Address: Church St, New York, NY 10006

The “Oculus” is the centerpiece of the World Trade Center Transportation Hub built after the tragedy of 9/11. There are tons of shopping and clean restrooms to do a quick outfit change or recharge.

4. Eataly NYC Flatiron

Address: 200 5th Ave, New York, NY 10010

SERRA by Birreria is a seasonal rooftop restaurant

Don’t worry! Eataly is a restaurant you can eat at more than once if you’re the type of person that doesn’t like visiting the same place twice to see something new. Aka ME. SERRA changes with the seasons, always offering a unique, themed atmosphere and a rustic menu that always has a hint of Italian.

5. Central Park Umpire Rocks

Address: Central Park S, New York, NY 10023

Beautiful place to people watch and get the best views of both the park, greenery and the skyline of New York City. I definitely suggest bringing some props like a newspaper or a blanket!

6. Central Park Carousel

Address: 1802 E 65th St, New York, NY 10065

Super vintage vibes here! Riding a carousel is a nostalgic task to do, but something is exciting about riding a horse around in Central Park for a few minutes. The cost is super inexpensive if you’re ballin on a budget, just $3.25 per ride.

7. The Vessel

Address: The Shops and Restaurants at Hudson Yards, New York, NY 10001

The new kid on the manhattan block. The Vessel was created as a landmark for the redevelopment of the Hudson Yards. You can pretty much go to the Vessel any time of the day and score people free photos!

8. Outside of the Oculus

Address: Church St, New York, NY 10006

The featured murals outside of the Oculus are all hand made by artists all over the world.

9. Bethesda Fountain

Address: 72 Terrace Dr, New York, NY 10021

Located inside of Central Park is the iconic Bethesda Terrace. Featured in so many modern and classic movies. It gets super busy here, so come early!

10. Fulton street subway station

Address: New York, NY 10038

My favorite Subway station in all of new york because it has a Shake Shack inside. That is all.

11. Laduree SOHO

Address: 398 W Broadway, New York, NY 10012

Home to the authentic French experience. Laduree is an upscale bakery in Soho with Parisian roots, specializing in French macarons and tea bites. Laduree has a massive outdoor patio that is totally insta worthy.

Do you have any insta worthy NYC spots? let me know!

  2. It’s crazy that after going to NYC and exploring so much, I still haven’t gone to a few of these areas! One area in particular that caught my interest was Sierra in Eataly! Definitely a place I’m going to head over sometime during the fall! Great suggestion, and love your blog Ivangellys xxx
